Consume lemon and tomato: Uric acid control remains by consuming lemon and tomato in vegetables. These foods break down uric acid and remove them from the body. Include lemon and tomato in your diet.

Consume Carrots: Carrots are rich in antioxidant properties, reducing uric acid in the body. By consuming it, the swelling in the bones is reduced. The antioxidants present in carrots reduce the production of enzymes in the body, which reduces uric acid.
