Another new chapter is going to be added in the relations between Saudi Arabia and India. A high-level delegation from Saudi Arabia is all set to participate in the India AI Impact Summit 2026 to be held in Delhi. This team is led by Dr. Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, President of Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). This summit is being organized on 19th and 20th February at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, on which the eyes of the whole world are fixed.

How will the entry be done and what is the schedule of the summit?
This historic summit will be formally inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 19 February. The main event will take place on the 19th and 20th, but pre-summit events will also run from 16 to 18 February. If you are going there, it is important to keep some rules in mind:
Entry will be only through valid QR-code pass, which can be obtained from the official app or email. For security reasons, it is mandatory for foreign guests to carry their passport and for Indian citizens to carry a government photo ID. The badge cannot be transferred to anyone else and must be worn at all times.
Technology partnership between Saudi Arabia and India
Dr. Abdullah Al-Ghamdi has said that this summit is an important turning point for the world. The Saudi delegation will showcase the work being done here under its Vision 2030. His main focus will be on how Artificial Intelligence can be used for the betterment of humanity and economic progress. This cooperation between India and Saudi Arabia will not only help in technological development but will also strengthen the strategic relations between the two countries.
Giants from all over the world gathered in Delhi
Not only leaders, but also CEOs of big companies of the world are participating in this program. Names like Google’s Sundar Pichai, OpenAI’s Sam Altman and Nvidia’s Jensen Huang are in this list. India’s IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that till February 14, more than 1.5 lakh people have registered. This is believed to be the biggest AI event ever to be held in the Global South, where ministers from more than 45 countries will be present for discussion.
